question

I'm getting increasingly concerned about the lack of response regarding my laptop purchase from your Amazon store. Here’s the link to the model: https://amzn.to/46pmr71. It's been days without a functioning product and no support from your end. This was a gift, and it's causing a lot of distress. Please address this urgently. - Steve
